The City of Baltimore, through the Baltimore City Department of Transportation (DOT), is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the design, construction, and delivery of one T-Boat Classification, single deck, 49-passenger ferry boat for delivery during 2027 with an option for three additional vessels to be delivered by December 2028.
