This is an electronic informal bid seeking vendor to provide goods and/or services as described herein. Bidders are to download specifications by clicking on the attachments tab. Prospective bidders having questions regarding this bid are to submit them to Dianne.Jefferson@baltimorecity.gov. This is a one-time procurement. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the Total Bid Price and acceptance of terms and conditions. Upon request, bidders are to provide samples of all items listed on this bid, at their sole expense. All samples will become the property of the City of Baltimore.
