The City of Baltimore recognizes the importance of the community-related services provided by non-profit organizations and the positive impact these services have on our community. The City encourages the generosity of our employees and retirees by conducting an annual campaign that provides a convenient means by which they can make charitable contributions to organizations such as yours. Collectively, our dollars make a strong impact on the community in which we live.
Approximately $1.2 million was pledged to nearly 350 organizations during the 2007
campaign season. During the campaign season, which occurs annually in the Fall, a directory is published that lists all participating organizations. City employees and retirees can only make their charitable contributions to the organizations listed in this directory. To be considered for inclusion in this directory for the 2009/2010 campaigns, prospective organizations must register and all organizations participating in the 2008 campaign must reapply during the application period, which will begin February 1, 2009 - February 28, 2009. You will not receive correspondence announcing the annual application period. It will be your responsibility to download the application package from this website only during the application period. Applications and supporting documentation will only be accepted during the application
period. Hand delivered materials will be accepted between 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
and 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. during normal business days (the address will be included
in the application package).
Please note that the Combined Charity Campaign application package is supported
by Microsoft's Internet Explorer. The City of Baltimore can not guarantee that using other browsers will produce the same
results.
